What if I need to cancel or rebook my reservation?

All candidates can "Withdraw" or "Transfer" their reservations up to 48-hours prior to their scheduled examination time. Any cancellations or changes with less than 48-hours notice are forefit and you will have to contact PPDM to discuss additional attempts.

To Withdraw or Transfer, follow these steps:

  1. On your "Exams and Courses" tab, click on the "Details" button next to your reservation
  2. On this screen, you will see the date and time of your reservation including a count down clock. On the top right hand side of the screen you can see "Withdraw from this booking" as well as "Transfer this booking" options.

Withdrawls: This cancels your reservation and resets your booking for you. You can log in at a later time to complete a new reservation date and time.
Transfers: This will allow you to choose a new date and time for the reservation.

If you missed your booking: You must contact PPDM directly for next steps.

How do I access my account?
  • Log into the exam site here
  • Use the username and password previously provided to you
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link on the login screen and follow the next steps
When I enter my email address, I receive an error that says “This user does not exist”
As this field is case sensitive, ensure you are entering your email address using all lower-case letters. If you still get an error, contact Yardstick Assessment Strategies.
Are breaks allowed during my exam?

Candidates are permitted to use the washroom during the allotted 15 minute break. Upon return to the examination room, candidates may be required to re-pan the room for the proctor.

What is permissible during the exam?
  • Candidates may have a beverage in a clear spill proof container
  • Candidates may have scrap paper & pencils (papers to be shown to proctor to confirm they are blank).
